General info!

If your feline is on a special diet, please bring your own dietary food. If your feline is on medication I am happy to administer on your behalf with a signed consent form. 

All boarders "MUST" be "FULLY" vaccinated and up to date with yearly boosters. Proof of vaccinations is required to stay on-site whilst boarding. Cats have to be fully vaccinated upon booking. Outdoor cats "MUST" also be vaccinated with the FeLV vaccine to board. Residents 7 months and older "MUST" be neutered/spayed. All boarders "MUST" be (veterinary rated) de'flead and wormed at least one week prior to boarding. (Even house cats) Over the counter products do not work and we do not accept these kind of products as a method of worming and defleaing.

All bookings must be secured with a 20% deposit, which is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance is then payable by cash or bank transfer on arrival. If you cancel your booking 7 days prior to your check-in date, then the full balance will be payable.
